It’s been a while since I sat to blog, I have been journalling instead. The content of which may make it into a book but not this blog. And now I return with a new hello.

If you are brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello. Paulo Coelho

I have experienced and seen a lot of ugliness. In the last two years, I have been looking for a new way—a new way to make my life better. And a new way to make our communities and society better.

I think I have found it. But it only works one per at time, and it’s painful. I now embrace Taoism with the spirit of Ubuntu. Both were part of my life before. Now they are centre.

Now that does not mean I have lost my political appetite. And that is demonstrated by my speeches Smooth Criminal and State of Emergency. I can safely say I ‘lost’ a few English friends as a result of both speeches.

However, I now have more faith in what we can do than trust to make change happen at the grass root.
